Cumberland & Dumfriesshire held their Autumn sale of 35 working collies and pups at The Hammerlands Centre, Moffat on Saturday 19th September 2009.

The usual large attendance of local and distant buyers were present. Bidding was brisk for all classes. Best quality dogs were in short supply.

Leading price of 2200gns was paid for ‘Mac’ a 22month old Tricolor Dog shown by I Lockhart, Dalreoch Mains purchased by D Leslie Ballantrae
