Longtown Store Cattle Sale Report

The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart plc had forward 93 store cattle at their sale on Tuesday 15th April, 2014.

The store cattle sold at high rates with plenty of customers looking for grass cattle and vendors well happy with their returns.

Top price was £1025 for a Charolais bullock shown by Shankbridge End Farms. Angus Bullocks sold to £1015 for a pen of 4 and £1010 all from Henry Scott & Son, Cacrabank Cottage.
